It’s important to manage the backup of your client’s account from your cPanel accounts. Unfortunately, cPanel hasn’t come up with any automatic backup via WHM as a reseller, so it requires logging into each account to make a backup.

Luckily, there’s an open-source tool called cPBackup that works just fine for the task. Using the cPBackup script, you can also upload files to Dropbox from a reseller account. It is built on the official API of cPanel.
