Setting up multiple email accounts in your cPanel is important. And, while to create mailboxes in your cPanel, you can set up the amount of quota allotted to specific email account. It is uncertain that which email account of yours will be receiving more emails or in most use. You can receive as many emails as the assigned quota has enough space to accommodate the emails.
Chances are that your certain email account would receive more emails than other or no emails at all. So, in case of more quota needed or a quota is left unused, you should make changes in them to accommodate more active account with better mailbox quote and reduce the quota from an unused account.
In both cases, you need to change email account quote limit in cPanel. If you are looking for the method, here it is.
- Firstly, access your cPanel account using your credentials.
- Go to the ‘Mail Section’.
