From your cPanel accounts, it’s important to manage backup of your client’s account. It’s unfortunate that cPanel hasn’t come up with any automatic backup via WHM as a reseller. Therefore, it takes each account to be logged in to make a backup.

Most of the users rely on WHPEasyBackup service for bulk backup management. But then again it cost quite a dime and free trial won’t do much of your need.
Good thing is that there’s an open source called cPBackup that works just fine to feed the very need. Using the cPBackup script you can also upload files to DropBox from a reseller account. It is built on official API of cPanel.
You can also utilize the method that conbines cPanel’s pkgacct script and WHM’s API listaccts.
