How to access the Webmail interface in cPanel

Webmail is among the most commonly used cPanel features. Most of the web hosts provides a Webmail to allow user access their emails. Unlike the typical email clients that delivers emails through a desktop application, Webmail allows the users to receive emails only on the browser.

Presently, there are three type of Webmail are used mostly and they all comes with their unique specifications. However, these Webmail applications are all set with the goal to deliver safe and secure email via web.

The most commonly provided Webmail applications are Horde, RoundCube, and Squirrel mail. You can access the Webmail interface in two different ways. One, through a direct URL, and another is via cPanel.

Here is how to access the Webmail Interface in cPanel account.

  • Login to your cPanel account.
  • Click the ‘Email Accounts’ option under Email section.
  • Next, locate the ‘More’ option next to Delete button and click on it.
  • Select the ‘Access Webmail’ option from drop-down.
  • You will be redirected to email account where your login credential will be required to Log in.
  • Here, you can select your desired Webmail application.

By, now you must have accessed your Webmail interface via cPanel.
