Users can access their cPanel account using a username and password, which can be changed or reset for their convenience. So, how do you change your cPanel password? Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- First, visit the cPanel login page and follow the instructions below.
- Click on the ‘Reset Password’ option.
- Enter your existing cPanel username.
- Click the ‘Reset Password’ button.
- You will receive an email with a confirmation code sent to the email address connected to your hosting account. Copy and paste the code and hit the ‘Submit’ button.
- Alternatively, you can click the SSL reset link. On the next login page, you will be provided with a new password.
